Vaulmora reads the token's contract via GoPlus Security: can you sell it, are there hidden fees, can the maker create new tokens or freeze your balance, and how much is held by a handful of wallets.
A good score is no guarantee. New tokens remain very risky; only invest what you can afford to lose.
